*Marc Fourcade was the founder and director of Spring Consulting, and designer of the Alpha Leadership program. He was an expert in organizational development, HR strategy, leadership pipelines and executive accompaniment. A synthesis of the highest ethos of India and the best business practices of the West has been the intrinsic thread to his interventions. In the consulting arena for three decades, he has been increasingly focusing on what he likes to call “Gardening Talent” as the key issue for organizations, helping them to acquire the talent to lead talent.
He has been engaged in major strategic projects for leading companies in India, since 1992, including a long-term assignment with Godrej & Boyce, Reliance Infrastructure, Nagarjuna group and the Oberoi Group where he facilitated wide-ranging transformational processes around talent management and culture building. His European engagements include the Bank Pictet Group, Air France-KLM, Sony Corp, GEC Alsthom, the ILO (UN), Credit Mutuel Bank, Epson Iberica and Novartis (Basel), National Democratic Institute (NDI-Congo/USAID). He was also official advisor to the French National Centre of Space Research in the area of Behaviour and Quality.
